THE LACK
The water crisis is the #1 global risk based on impact to society.750 million people around the world lack access to safe water.approximately one in nine people. Unclean water and a lack of basic sanitation are undermining efforts to end extreme poverty and disease in the world’s poorest countries like Africa and HAITI.unclean water and poor sanitation are a leading cause of THE DEATH RATE RSING REALLY FAST. if you drink dirty water your stomach can bloat, get a parasite in your stomach or die. I have never experienced drinking dirty water or lack or clean water near me. I feel bad now that I heard about the lack of clean water in poor countries.
The solution
Everything has a solution so if you think that poor countries cant have clean water near them, you're wrong.
A thing we can do to help is to build a water well, average cost per well is $ 7,000. you can help by donating $3.50. if 2,000 people donated $3.50 a well can be built. just 3.50 can help them live a long and healthy life. I only raised a dollar but ill raise more later. I donated my money because a guy gave a speech about the water crisis and said to donate a dollar. so I put my dollar in the donation gallon. Another thing we can do is to transport water to the poor countries. There is an organization called the thirst project who is helping countries who have no access to clean water. It started with a group of college students in 2007 Los Angeles when they saw a picture of people drinking dirty water. They are trying to help countries like Africa or Haiti who have no access to clean water and give them clean water. Their solution is to reach the build water wells wherever there's no clean water. Water already exists in aquifers usually only 100-300 feet underground. One well can provide up to 500 people with clean water indefinitely. One well can save lives.

The difference
I'm very blessed to love in a country that has access to clean water every where I go. I view life different now because while i'm drinking clean water that's two feet away from me, people in Africa are walking 8 miles to drink dirty water that get them sick. Life isn't fair to them, they did nothing wrong to deserve this. People are helping a lot because they feel bad for those people so they are fundraising. I didn't fundraise because I didn't have time but if i did I would.
